How it works

  1. 1

    Set work and rest

Choose how long each work and rest period lasts, plus the number of rounds and sets.

  2. 2

    Start the workout

A short prepare countdown gives you time to get ready, then it switches between work and rest on its own.

  3. 3

    Follow the beeps

A beep marks every switch and counts down the final seconds, so you never have to look at the screen.

Great for

  • HIIT and Tabata sessions
  • Circuit training and CrossFit-style rounds
  • Boxing and bag-work rounds
  • Stretching, mobility and rest-pause sets

No clutter, no popups, no waiting

This tool runs entirely in your browser, so it starts instantly and keeps working offline once the page has loaded. There is no sign-up, no popups fighting for your attention, and nothing is sent anywhere. Add it to your home screen and it opens like a real app.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between rounds and sets?
A round is one work-and-rest cycle. A set is a group of rounds, with an optional longer rest between sets. For a simple Tabata you might use one set of eight rounds; for a circuit you might use several sets with a break between each.
Does the screen stay on during a workout?
Where your device supports it, the tool asks to keep the screen awake while the workout runs, so it does not dim mid-set. The audio cues also let you keep going without watching the screen at all.
Can I save my favourite workout?
Your last settings are remembered on your device, so the workout you build is there waiting the next time you open the page. Nothing is uploaded to set that up.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Once the page has loaded it keeps running with no connection, because the whole tool runs in your browser. You can install it to your home screen and open it like an app.
Do I need an account, and is anything tracked?
No account and no sign-up. The tool runs on your own device, so there is nothing to log in to and your settings stay on your machine. No popups, no clutter.
